ADHDEvaluations is a directory of ADHD evaluations. Each listing page shows what we know about one ADHD evaluation provider.

We take records from the sources below.

CMS NPI Registry (National Plan and Provider Enumeration System). License: US government public data. CMS publishes NPPES provider data for open access under its data dissemination notice.. Data refreshed monthly.
Provider websites. License: Each provider's own web page. The directory keeps one short quote and links to the page. robots.txt was read before each fetch and each page was fetched once.. Data refreshed monthly.
ADHDEvaluations editors. License: All rights reserved. Data updated by hand.

A listing shows what we know about one ADHD evaluation provider. It does not mean that we recommend it.

A listing needs its name, category and phone to appear in search engines. It also needs a completeness score of 50 out of 100.

Our team reviews each new listing before it goes live.

An owner proves control of a listing with an email address on the business domain or a manual check by our team.

An owner change to the name, phone, website, street address, address line 2, city, region, postal code and country goes to review before it shows.

To claim a listing that is unclaimed, open it and select "Claim this listing".

To report a mistake, open the listing and select "Suggest a change".
