Terms of service
ADHDEvaluations (adhdevaluations.fyi) is a directory of ADHD evaluation providers. Listing contact facts come from public sources, principally the CMS NPI Registry. A listing is information, not a recommendation, and ADHDEvaluations does not verify that a provider is licensed, available, or right for you.
Accounts and claims
You may create an account to claim the listing of a ADHD evaluation provider you represent, submit a new listing, or suggest an edit. You must only claim a listing you are entitled to manage, and the details you add must be true to the best of your knowledge. We may remove or correct a listing that is inaccurate or claimed by someone without authority.
Paid plans
Paid plans (Verified, Featured and Sponsored) are subscriptions, billed monthly or annually, that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; changes apply at the end of the current billing period. Billing is processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false listings, impersonate a provider, scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
